The four white pieces should have been to replace the intercooler supports pressed into the lower manifold, just like you were thinking. They should be a little over 1/2" long plus the step.

Thanks for the help. Never thought of trying to take those out. This would have went a little easier with some instructions.

No problem. I actually designed a spacer kit but never produced it, as I wouldn't be saving a significant amount over the RDS kit. I just haven't gotten one yet, but am familiar enough with it to help if u need anything else.

Can it be done with the lower base part still on the motor,or you have to remove the whole thing to do it on the bench?
A buddy has a tvs on his car and wants to put one.
I don't have the tvs in front of me right now to look how's it's made.

My shop will be starting the work on my blower in the next days. I have asked them to provide pictures of the process and will post them up here if wanted.

You have to remove it. You pretty much have to take the whole blower apart.

Thanks Nitroman28.
I also asked him what injectors he has,he's running ID850.
So I'm guessing I would need injector spacers aswell?

Yes you need spacers. I have FIC injectors.

So the spacer kit didn't come with the injector spacers? I figured it did, as one of the pics in the post showed a set of spacers.

ask for it and you'll get the injector spacers, bolts, orings and all necessary bits and pieces needed to complete the build.

Mine didn't come with spacers. Guess if you pay more it does.
