This article says, the 2016 Camaro reveal will be at "New York"
"We won’t know anything for sure until it debuts in New York next month."

Interesting they state New York like it was a known thing. Would like this to be right, but more than likely shoddy journalism.

Could it happen in New York? Sure, anything is possible. But six months ago there were articles with matter-of-fact statements along the lines of 'We won't know much until it makes its debut in Detroit.' We all know how accurate those predictions were.

I was so hoping to see the 2016 model at the Denver auto show. I know it wouldn't debut there but was hoping it might be making rounds by then. Looks like that's probably not happening...

Indeed, it could be purely speculation on their part, and perhaps the conclusion was drawn because NY is the next show to be held. Just like anything else, "time will tell".

That'd be great if it was true but I doubt they would even tell the press about when the Camaro's being revealed.
