Perry Price emailed me today and appologized. He said he will be processing my refund on Monday via cashiers check.

That's awesome! Glad to see Perry is stepping up and making things right. It says a lot about someone who can admit that they were wrong, and then take steps to make things right. This is the way to do business and keep customers returning again.

paypal has protection for things like this, dont be afraid to open a claim... be sure to keep all the emails for records though
