FS: 2010 2SS M6 Inferno Orange Metallic

Inferno orange metallic
Manual
96,7XX Miles all highway
Barton short throw shifter
RPI Fender vents
V6 bumper (because I had a modified zl1 bumper that was recently removed)

What you see in the pics is what you are buying.

It is a bone stock ss. All modifications i had were removed, with the exception of those listed above. Still has tune from Spartan LSX Performance (had TSP headers/no cats and Air raid intake)

Asking $17k, which is what I owe the bank.

Car has never been raced or dragged. Brakes were changed earlier this year. Front tires have great tread, rears will need replacing in the next few months.

Clean car inside and out.

Located 30min outside of Atlanta

Why does it not have an SS front bumper??The bottom lip tucks in, like a V6 model.

+1 Color me confused. I'm not used to seeing an SS masquerading as a V6. lol... Nice car, though and a good price! GLWYS!

His ad say he is returning it to "bone stock", so maybe he plans to change that back. Also, I'm assuming the orange interior trim, gills and other mods are being removed.

Your profile says you drive a ZL1, your signature says you drive a ZL1 & SS, your thread says your selling a V8, but the bumper on the car is V6.

And your point? Yes, the bumper is a v6 bumper. Last I checked, the bumper doesnt make the car. And if it did, then I technically have 2 zl1's?!

I had a modified zl1 bumper, I sold it and the only thing I could find locally was a v6 bumper.

If you don't plan on offering something or buying it, please move on. Thanks for the free bump!

Look, I am just trying to help YOU clarify your post so that your potential buyers KNOW what it is you are selling. As you seen, someone agreed with me. Now that your clarified, you should state that in your OP for the onlookers.

GLWS, bump.

So why was the front end changed on it? Had it been wrecked or you preferred the look of the V6 nose or?? Im curious just like the others are and feel there is some questions that need answered before a potential buyer gets serious about it.

This is an example of how NOT to list a car for sale on C5. This is a gorgeous car that will be a great buy for someone. Unfortunately, questions linger because of how the car was presented and described. I'm sure this is not what the seller wanted.

I suggest the seller make changes to the original post and explain the V6 bumper, what changes truly exist on the car, etc. This should've sold by now. The car is cool but the ad is poorly written.

OP: Every post so far has sought to help. Take that to heart.

I've edited the post and reworded what folks were not understanding. I personally don't understand what difference a v6 bumper makes. Folks can stick a zl1 bumper on an ss but they don't make a big deal that it's not a zl1. You throw a v6 bumper on, and everyone loses their minds.

We were just helping you list your sale man. As you see, it sold after you reworded it/they read over the comments.

Congrats, I am truly happy for ya. Are you moving on to a 6th gen?
