Maybe someone can help with this question....I cut away part of my airdam to get ready for the scoop install. Unfortunately, I got a little over zealous and cut off too much of the bottom. In the photo, there should still be plastic where the red line is drawn. Will the scoop still be secure without that plastic underneath? From what I can tell, it's bolted in place securely, so I'm hoping the missing bit of airdam won't matter

The bolts securely hold the scoop in place, that extra missing bit of plastic will not be a problem.

Also, for anyone who is wondering, the plastic is very easy to trim using a Dremel. If you turn the tire and pull back the wheel well liner, it's not too bad. It is a little difficult to see what you're doing...just takes a little patience.
