Upgraded my car [EU/LPG]

Hi,

I've been driving a Chevrolet Aveo '08 (known as Sonic in USA I think) as my first car. As the fuel price in Belgium (where I live) is 1.5€+ for 1L and LPG costs 0.51€ +for 1L, it wasn't a hard choice for me to buy this car with LPG system in 2011.
1.4L LPG converted black Aveo.

Changed the wheels and painted brake calipers.

And here the last wash before the 'upgrade' past week.

At the importing company, taking delivery of the 2013 2LT with LPG conversion, after almost 1year (papers take a long time here).

Engine bay, pretty full with all the extra LPG components.

And some more pics (with me)

After first 130km drive, the car gets inspected by the guards.

And the location of the tank and filling point behind the license plate holder (Can be lifted up).

LPG specs: 70L cylinder tank (80% max 58L filling), due to DI of the LFX the system still uses around 25% petrol, 75% LPG. Making the range 500km on LPG and still able to drive further on petrol.

P.S. Never posted here before but have been reading almost every post, even before I joined the forum in Dec'13.

Many greetings,
Mr Jos

[Sorry for double images in attachments but can't find a better way to upload my pictures in the post as I'm in China at the moment and most of the sites don't work/go slow.]

Awesome! How much did it cost to convert to the LPG? Does it affect the engine performance or drivability?

The complete system costed 4.5K €, but I got a 3K € reduction on my taxes because it is on LPG, so only costing me 1500€.

In my opinion it does not affect anything. The power is still full available, quick response. I tested with switching the system to no LPG with the button and I don't notice a difference in power. For the maximum speed on LPG I don't know yet. Need to visit the autobahn in Germany (250km from here) when I'm back from China.
