Exclamation transmission replaced again !

okay so the dealer had my car for 11 days and put a whole transmission in again. before I had them work on the car I stated that when you have that clutch out and the car idleing in neutral you hear something rattling around in the transmission . after they replace the transmission I got your car back and it still makes the same noise . I'm on my third transmission how many more times until this car is considered a lemon. this transmission has other issues than this noise that's why they replace the transmission . now it only has that rattling noise when the clutch is released . I personally think it is the dual mass flywheel . the dealer says that the flywheel and clutch is not covered under warranty . is this true ? does somebody make a clutch kit that eliminates the dual mass flywheel ? also if I install the clutch myself will I void any other warranties ? the dealer told me that the transmission in my car is now on national back order .so it seems that general motors has realize there is a poroblem with the transmissions ! My car is a v6 m6.

Clutches depends on mileage if they'll be covered. It's a wear item like brakes. Dealer sounds like an idiot though if they keep replacing the same part and expecting a different result. That's the definition for insanity.
