Finished Exhaust Work (video attached )

Did my Muffler and Resonator Delete, then added Magnaflow True X-Pipe. First I did the Muffler delete and it had a hollow drone sound, still not like a muscle car. So I did some research and decided to take the resonator out of the picture and add the Magnaflow x-pipe. I think it sounds pretty good now considering the total cost around $250. Here is a vid and further down pics.

It is a Magnaflow X-Pipe. The End. Resonated x-pipes are basically mufflers. I just have an x-pipe. here is a pic of the setup.

As soon as I heard it I knew it was the non-resonated one (it's the Tru X-pipe). I used the resonated x-pipe and it's just a little bit quieter....however my doesn't have that slight popping that you can hear after letting off from reving it up.

I'm gonig to try to get some video of mine....I think it would be great to put the two videos together in the same thread so others can hear the difference.

Ok…I have to rescind on my comment about no popping. I do have it as well but I never noticed it until I made the video. I think the resonated version is a little quieter and maybe a little deeper toned. So it’s going to be a personal preference thing. You want it a little louder…use the Tru X-pipe….you want a little deeper tone…use the resonated one. Either one is going to sound good.

Any way to move that X closer to the front of the car? You want to target the hottest part of the system to place the x-pipe for the best scavenging. Just a thought.
