You said the garage in your house correct ?
Do you run a business out of your house ? or is it just a place you work after hrs while working some place else,as thats a 100k build at a shop I am sure easy,... reason I ask both as you have other people helping you,so either they are paid employees,or co-workers helping after hrs,like my friends and i used to do before i was crippled..

I am interested in a tubular rear frame also. I went so far as to make a jig from an extra stock cradle. But my day job is getting in the way of progress. If it gets finished I will post it. Pic is of the fixture.
