Took mine in at 9:00AM today. Before I left the house I tuned my car back to stock with the SCT X3 Tuner. They also were having problems. The service manager knows that I have a tune, and that I had returned it to stock before bringing it in. They assured me that the tune was not part of the issue. After a while longer they said that they were going to replace the SDM. About the same time as my rental car showed up they got it to work, and the reprogramming was complete. So I got out of there at 12:30PM. I drove it up the road for about 4 miles. Stopped in a parking lot, turned the car off and plugged in my SCT Tuner. And Put Teds JRE Tune back in. And away I went. All is good.

The leather panel on the dashboard just above the radio and below the a/c vents is coming loose on several cars. Here's the thread all about it.

I know this is a fairly old thread but I came across this video today and thought it was relevant to the airbag recall. I also have a 2012 with a late 2011 build date but have not received a notice as of yet.

It is a recall to reprogram the airbag computer. The problem is some 2012s airbag light is coming on for no reason. It takes less than 30 min. No big deal.
