you will need an alignment when you install the toe rods or toe rod bushings,

trailing arms don't require it, but as always, it's not a bad idea.

O dang, maybe I will hold off on installing those until I get coilovers installed, makes no sense to have to get two alignments.

Yea, same reason I held back on installing them as well. Going to get the pedders camber bolts to really dial in the alignment and only have to do it once.

Having this issue now. I put a jack under the arm and it didn't seem to work kinda made it worse. The holes are off left to right as opposed to up and down. Anyone have any advice?

First, make sure you don't have any of the bolts tight. What helped me was I Got another person to push the rotor/knuckle assembly towards the car while I pushed the bolt through the threaded hole at the same time.

I had someone help me the first time when I was doing just the trailing arms and that is what we did. But this time I was alone in doing just the outer bushings. However once I took off the parking brake I had a much easier time haha. All I had to do was just jack up the arm a little bit to line up the holes.

It definitely makes it a little easier having an extra set of hands but when I do it by myself I use a jack like you did and I can normally get the bolt holes to line up after a little jiggling around.
