Thinking of putting together a Camaro (all years) run through Old Hwy 395 with the final stop @ Mission Bay for Lunch. I can get a chunk of the lot secured for the stop, a couple of BBQ's and a few easy-ups for the group. Could make it a pot luck, or if I can get a few bucks from each participant we could do a Hamburger / Hot dog BBQ…

I was planning this for 09 July... any takers??

The Drive: Old Hwy 395 / Beach:

Start at the corner of W. Grand and Center City in Escondido, run up old hwy 395 until Bonsall , left on Pala / Mission rd and into Oceanside. We’ll take Pacific coast Hwy through Carlsbad, Leucadia, Encinitas, Delmar, LaJolla down to Mission Beach / Mission blvd to W. Mission Blvd onto Sea World drive, Left onto East Mission bay drive and into the lot and BBQ on the grass. Its a great mid morning drive and the Coast should be clear... Approx 70 mi.

If we get enough interest I will post a map & the logistics.
