I just picked mine up this week, relatively new to the forum, I wasn't aware there was an east Texas Camaro club. I need to come out one day, where do y'all usually meet and how often. 2013 2ss 1LE, I picked it up at Peter's Chevrolet in Longview. If any of you east Texas guys need or know anyone wanting a new ride go see Danny Cox, tell him I sent you in and he will give you a damn good deal. He got me an extra 500 below my gm discount, and he paid off my trade with no hassle, it helps he's a friend of mine though. Anyway I would like to come out sometime if y'all have room for a newbie.

Trust me...I'm having a serious discussion with myself about that. If they still offered Imperial Blue I think it would've been a done deal already. Love the look of the ZL1 and the crazy performance it would have, but I'd also hate to give up my baby. Nice 1LE, I ordered mine last Saturday. I ordered RS/SS without a sunroof, Silver Ice Metallic. Should have it sometime in February. I'm gonna try and make the next meet in my supercharged 02.

Score one for Brembo and Chevy this evening. Came within about 5 feet of slamming into a deer that wandered into the road on Paluxy right in front of me earlier this evening. Put my foot through the floor, ABS kicked in, and the car stopped on a dime. PHEW. Little more braking distance and I might've been in pretty bad shape this evening, since I was traveling a little over 55 at the time.
