Can't get my exhaust bezels off... Tips in the way
Well, I can access all the screws except one. The one right above the exhaust tips. My stock tips were welded onto the "exit" exhaust pipes on the FlowMaster..and I can't get around the tips to unscrew this last screw. I'm thinking that that extra bit of pipe the mehanic put on the muffler should have been abit shorter before welding on the tips. Guess I'm going to have take her to a shop to get my exhaust bezels powdercoated after all...was going to DIY and paint them black. This sucks..more money to fork out.
oh well...

Post a picture either way you end up doing it, paint or powdercoat. I've thought about doing it myself as well. I don't care for the chrome ring on the ground effects either.

There is a thread on the forum of a guy who did this already.. Check it out. I think it's titled "painted exhaust bezels black"... Looks really sharp.

I want to two-tone the car next March and I'm thinking since I am going with a Cyber Grey (top)/IOM (bottom) two-tone I would get the GFX painted IOM. Get it all done at one time.

I can't wait to see the two-tone look. I have seen a couple, not my cup-o-coffee, but it'll be different then anyone elses!

Different is what I want, and I love the two-tone look.. With the right color combo and pinstripe to clean up the lines.
