Diablo tune at high altitude and only 91 octane

Hey all, looking for opinions on running the "Diablo" tune when the max octane available to me is 91. I don't have any problems in my Silverado but this LS3 is a whole different animal. Do I run a risk of detonation? Or does the thinner air really play that much of a part in reducing compression. I spend most of my time at a minimum of 5900 feet. Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
