I see the terms all the time. What is the difference?

There really is no difference between then. The word "sideskirts" is often used more in a modification context; as in, "I just got the new sideskirts installed last week." They're the same thing, though. You can just as effectively say, "I'm selling the stock sideskirts this weekend."
