Removal of side emblem

Thinking of removing the Camaro side emblem. Are these just mounted with adhesive? Anyone have pics of the same?

Thanks in advanced

yes, very easy to take off. Heat them up, use a little fishing line and follow up with some "goo-gone" stuff... all done.

Like he said above, I used a hair dryer to heat up a little & some floss.
Then some goo gone. It's easy & I really like the clean look.

I used hot water and it peeled right off, I followed it up with mineral spirits and wax. Super easy to do.

Did you guys use anything other than Goo Gone? I used the floss to take the emblems off, but I have quite a bit of sticker pad like stuff still there. The Goo Gone isn't doing anything until I remove as much of the pad as I can with my fingernails. I would like to use something else to scrape it off, but I don't want to scratch the paint.

heat it up a little more with the hair dryer and pull it off with fingernails, or roll your fingers across it to peel it off the car. Just be patient, it will come off.

If you go to an autozone or similar store they carry a plastic razorblade designed for taking off emblems. Costs like 5 bucks and well worth it. Made it very easy

Floss, heat, goo gone followed by floss. Final pass with a damp micro fiber with a touch of polish. Patience pays off.

If you have a hair dryer warm it up first then use dental floss to saw it off gently. Might have some goo on there afterwards - can either pick it off with your nail or use goo gone.

Followed exactly this method a couple weeks ago, which resulted in this;
