LFX Throttle Body!!!

Soon™....I had talk to Tracey about maybe being able to go down to RX Performance today to do an install, but he is out with the flu haha.
So I gave Karen a call and she called VMAX and unfortunately they don't have a Throttle Body for LFX ready, so we'll have to wait to next weekend!! I can't wait!

P.S. Hope you get rid of that flu Tracey, and we'll be able to meet next weekend! And I will try and snag some pictures for the forum of course

It takes less than fifteen minutes to install a ported throttle body and it requires one wrench and a screwdriver. Not sure why anyone would think they need to have any help or go to any trouble installing it. Just stating that in case there's anyone out there reading this who is hesitant to attempt it.

Mine arrived and installed today in 15m as stated above. Loosen the air intake clamps, take out four screws, and reverse. I cleaned my MAF while I had it all open. Haven't driven it yet...

With being able to go to a supplying shop to install, you get to bypass that little niggle of a $200 deposit. Even though I'm fully capable of swinging that 10mm socket, I myself am going to the same gathering for that particular item.

Ordered my Vmax last Tuesday and it arrived today. Took less then 5 minutes to install. Ok, maybe 10. Super easy to put in. I drive a manual and I could tell the difference. Thanks Southwest speed.
