Water leaking through door gasket

So I am wondering if there is any one else out there that may have had or is having this problem. About 6 months ago I go out to my car and notice a small amount of water about 1/4th of a cup in my back seat floor on the drivers side. So naturally I thought maybe I left the window open a crack. I dried it up and went on with life, mistakes do happen and such. So a few days later it rained again this time I made sure the car was watertight, or so I thought. Well again then next day I went out and due to harder rain I had about a 1" puddle on my back floor and when I opened the door you can see a trail of where the water ran over the door gasket on the driver side door. I made an appointment with the dealer and they wound up replacing the gasket. Now it finally rained more than a drizzle today and I find out the problem is staring the same way again. So does anyone have any advice on thus problem im having?

check to make sure the door is aligned straight and that it closes all the way flush. I had to have my passenger door latch adjusted cause the door wouldn't close tight.

So after having this problem resolved now the car smells like mold from the water. Anyone got any thoughts on how to get the dealer to fix this?
