I call in to pay for more service, my trial is almost up. The rep comes on and says what car is this for. I reply "twenty ten camaro" there is a long pause, he says do you have the year of the car? I sit there for a minute, ask him is he familiar with numbers? He says oh oh oh I thought that was part of the model...

I just laughed..
