Red Bowtie for those interested

I had seen a post of a blk Bow tie and thought I would share.....
The gold just wasn't doing it for me on the car and the IOM is so hard to match unless you custom paint so I went with Red to match the Red "SS" and the other Red accents.

I wasn't sure at first but it did grow on me over time.....And I must say I have gotten quit a few complements and where I "ordered it from". Not order - red vinyl so it can be removed if need be...

enjoy

Check with a local sign company that does lettering if you haven't already. You can go right there for a match and they seem to have a lot in stock.

If you do it yourself - The front bow was the hardest to do but the vinyl I had stretched nice so it ended up perfect taking a little time. Plus I pulled it off the car and it made it a lot easier. I tried at first leaving it on the car...not good.

Good luck.....

Well the red looks better than the orange I tried. I just took off the orange and went with black since I couldn't get it to match better. What do you think of the black???

Black is the best by far. Anytime your designing anything you want to create contrast and as you can see the black "pops" because it is contrasting the red..Noice!

Aby the black looks great - like others have mentioned the contrast is what helps.
That was the problem I had when I did try orange on the IOM. It was like I was tring to match it and it was too far off if that makes sense. Not enough contrast.

I just got done doing my breaks Red.....love that contrast.
Some are asking me why didn't I just by a red car
BTW - nice car

Thanks guys. The black is really growing on me! Have you seen what this guy did with the chrome tail light rings? It looks great, but I don't think that's a project I could do myself but it would look great with the black bowtie

Wonder how hard it is to to remove them? I will be in my trunk a lot this weekend adding my amp and subs so I will have to take a look at that. I hope to post picks next week of that project and my custom boxes

I have them for sale in 11 different colors & 7 different printed patterns. Use coupon code "Camaro5" for 20% off any purchase. After the coupon code they are $19.90 for front & rear. They are already cut to correct pattern, no trimming.

More pics on the web site of the different colors.

Please do let me know. I really want to do this, just a little scared to start trying without more information Your car is really looking great by the way. I love the painted calipers.

Although I'm not crazy about the way they look, I'm getting the splash guards put on next week. We constantly have road construction going on in this city so road tar is a huge problem for me.
