Good to hear that. Your posts definately showed how upset you were (rightfully). Hopefully the executive office will handle my PDIM situation in a similar manner. Codeman71 is working on it for me...

Well, the person I had working on it for me at the Executive Office took care of it, and made sure the Dealership I went to, treated me with respect.

I mentioned that my breaks were squeaking a bit when I dropped the car off, and they told me that they would take it from the Body Shop over to the Service area and get that looked at too, while I had the rental already.

Excellent service.

I think the right people talked to them persuasively The service manager that laughed you off and said it was from rock damage should have been forced to treat you with some respect!
