Pedders EP6577 vs EP6579 what's the difference?

Pedders offers a Permagrin suspension package for our 1LE Camaro. I have a package of Pedders EP6579 bushings. What's the difference? Is one better than the other? Should I sell my 6579 bushings and buy the 6577 bushings?

The EP6577 bushing is a full replacement bushing as where the EP6579 simply replaces the stock insert in the factory bushing. The inserts work to reduce motion, but the basic issue of the OEM bushing remains, it is hydraulically damped and can potentially fail on track.

So if you track your car then you may want to upgrade, but if it's just a street car then I would stick with what you have.

Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions.
