Forgestar F14 centering ring?

I need a new set of centering rings for my 18" Forgestar F14 wheels (18x9.0 front and 18x10 rear).
I tried contacting Tony (www.dv8motoring.com), but he's out of town and not currently returning emails.

Forgestar needs to know the part number for the centering rings. On their website you print out a templete and then use it to measure your wheel. I tried that method, but a couple of the templetes seem to fit just the same.

Anyone know what size or part number centering ring? I know a lot of guys have purchased the 18x9.0 and 18x10.0 Forgestar wheels and I would assume we would use the same centering rings.

Last time I needed a centering ring I took a caliper and measured the diameter of the hub (im mm) and the diameter of the opening in my wheel. I called a local tire place with those measurements and they got me a set of rings later that day.

Edit
Forgestar emailed me and said before Jan. 2012 (part #7410), after Jan. 2012 (part # 7256).
This might help others.
