Ya I was searching for problems with that company and found that site good info. For me just being in a sales job don't see how people can't even call back even the people on this site how some of the dealers won't call them back mindboggling.

WOW! I'm in a long list of pissed off customers! I'll be calling my credit card company tomorrow. If the jackass would just let people know what's going on, we would be a little more understanding. Total BS! Looks like the old "I'll send you the tracking number" line has been used way to many times!

I called my credit card company. They refunded me the money and filed a complaint with Leo. To bad it had to come to this. Sounds like he has a great product. It's been over a month with no feed back so I had to call in the credit card company. Don't feel bad Nex. You give good advise. You got your towels on time. You were just recommending a good product. Now, I guess I need to find some towels!

With all the trouble DF Concour is giving, I've decided to look around at the numerous bed and bath stores. I have yet to find anywhere that sells 100% cotton towels without that blame decorative stripe running down the middle. Does anyone know somewhere to buy towels without this stripe as I assume it is bad for your car?

I have a question for everyone here. I have never heard of or used Zaino, but it sounds like it is very good wax. My question is i am getting a IOM 2SS/RS which Zaino should I order for that color paint. Please excuse me for my ignorance with zaino. Also if I need to buy more than just the wax please let me know. I live here in Hawaii and i want my car to look its best in the sun out here. I usually use mothers or meguiars now.
