Just the Ricers that have their windows up and the radio cranked, the ones that hear the car just keep their tales between their legs and wander off on some side road after they rev the piss out of their car and bang it off the rev limiter, kind of like the scene from "2 Fast 2 Furious" except the "American Muscle" in this case wins, they all have pipes, not many have anything under the hood..
