Eibach rear sway bar only on lowered 1" FE3 SS. Setup question.

first question, might sound stupid but the end tabs on the rear sway bar they tilt up when you install them right? also, I put the rears on today tabs upward mid setting and the ride seems much better. no more understeer. both bars are 29 millimeters. I understand the front bar should be smaller than the rear should I just leave the front sways off? I have lowering springs to put on next week. Hotchkis made for the convertible. Which setting should I use once lowered, stiffest or lightest my thought is with just the rear bar I should be fine. this is strictly a daily driving car. no aggressive driving beyond having fun on the highway ramps and winding roads. The install cost me $1200. Car kicked of the ramps and into my garage door. 2 panels ruined on garage and need my rear fascia repainted. Bad Camaro day for me.

For some reason I can't get the search to open. I usually research myself. Anyway, that's why I posted. Also plan on doing FE4 in the fall. Could use recommendations there as well . 2012 SS vert, 1"lower.
