RPM stutter in 3rd

So this is a little bit delayed, but I had my 2011 L99 professionally tuned about a year ago, and have been 99.5% satistfied with the results. My .5% comes from an almost unnoticeable RPM "stutter," and only in 3rd. It only happens at 70%+ throttle, and only for an instant before resuming normal output and acceleration.

I don't track the car, so it's not losing me any races, but it's finally bothering me enough to dive into it. I thought it was trans torque management, and since I have a copy of HPT myself, went as far as tuning all my trans settings back to stock. The issue is still there, so it must be in the engine torque management. Any ideas on where to look? The comparison feature of HPT - comparing my tune to a stock tune - has waaaaay too many changes for me to figure it out by process of elimination, I'm afraid.

I'll try to get a scan of it happening and post it here. Stand by!
