I cannot see why it would not the only thing that would need to happen is plug then port on the intake tube that would be used for the clean side pcv return.anyone else got any imput.

It specifically says it is not for L99. I don't own one so I never looked into why but my understanding is it has to do with the tune.

How to hug your camaro
Buy the car that you would most like to get beat in. The other guy will always be faster.

I believe it has to do with emissions. Not legal in Cali or NY state from what I understand. It could also have something to do with AFM, but I have the Range device.... I bought a V8 for a reason.

I couldn't be happier with my Z/28 CAI

I had a 2011 auto and it had a pcv that went to the back of the engine to the front kind of like on the manual except only one port on the intake not two like on the manual. That's why I was thinking just block the port on the z28 Cai and keep the pcv stock a unless a catch can has been added then just block the port. I thought there was someone on here that put one on a auto already.

I have an auto L99, been driving it with the Z/28 intake for over 2-3 weeks, have noticed nothing adverse. and I inquired about more adjustments that would be tune related and it is my understanding I didn't need it. this CAI works exactly like the aftermarket ones on the market and doesn't require a tune. though I have read on this message board other wise. all I know is I have a basic tune for normal bolt on's and that is all I have done and car is running great. don't know what else I would tell other L99 owners. Buy it and I guarantee you will like it!

I ran the breather tube in much the same manner the stock one was run, nothing special.

the pics I have posted earlier in the thread show mine installed on my automatic Camaro, only thing changed from the picture was the cut down of the breather tube a few days later.
