OBD codes P3111 and B2111
Been getting these pretty often. Can't find much online. Anyone seen these before or know where to look?

I know this a two year old thread but I'll have to beg to differ on the P3111 not existing. I just got this code on my car from the Aeroforce gauge package after fiddling with the IAT sensor after getting a code stating it was reading out of range. Still not convinced it's also the MAF but when I do a search for one online the results look just like it so I reckon both sensors are in the array. I've read the code could be a bad gas cap, a glow plug malfunction, engine oil temp sensor malfunction and a couple more. I had a P0153 O2 sensor slow response code before I cleared it and then got this P3111. I read a bad MAF can also be a root cause of getting the P3111 code. Going out now to clear this code and see what comes up next. |
