[QUOTE=MTI Racing;1391946]The efficiency of the 1900 is better for this size of engine. It is like slapping on a 1050 Dominator Carb on an engine that works best with a 600 Holley. But, "bigger is better" is what is marketed these days so we'll go with the flow.
Can you quantify that? I can believe a few HP, but the 25 HP advantage (from another thread) that the 1900 has vs the 2300 is a little too much to believe. Where do you think the 2300 becomes the blower to have HP wise? Is there a boost number or a HP number that a potential customer needs to look at? I'm trying to make a decision on the wife's A6 camaro. It will have LT headers and downstream exhaust upgrades. I'd hate to try and save a few hundred bucks and limit the fun. |
