you did a good job. but i honestly could not hear a difference in sound. you should have gotten a before and after. o well as long as you are happy with it!

Yea my factory exhaust pops on startup almost every time. I am deleting the resonator and adding the Magnaflo X pipe to start out. I will judge from there, but when your wife says your car is too soft you got to do something about it. Of course she is comparing it to my Avalanche Z66 with Dynatech SS long tube headers, Magnaflo 3" exhaust , Spectre CAI and HP Tuner custom tune.
