Saw a new Texas license plate with 7 digits
I was picking up my personalized plates and there was a Hummer with the new design and 7 digits in the parking lot.

No, I don't think so. If they were, I couldn't figure it out.
 They told me when I ordered a few weeks ago I couldn't get personalized with 7. Of course, alot can change in a few weeks...

Here's what was on my application... I couild have added the Texas symbol or dash in the middle, but that's about it.
"Passenger car and light truck plates are limited to six (6) letters and numbers but may display eight (8) characters total, including the disabled person symbol, or punctuation characters."

As you can see in my sig, I did 8. 6 letters and 2 spaces...
