We did not remove it completely, unless requested by the customer we always reduce it rather than remove it.

This particular car ran 13.4 in stock form.

Tune only was worth 17 RWHP / 22 RWTQ. On this car, we then installed the Corsa, Rotofab, and U/D pulley for a gain of an additional 19 RWHP / 14 RWTQ.

On our LS3 G8 GXP, the Corsa system was worth 10 RWHP.

If you would like your time added to the fastest 1/4 mile list, you should tranfer your time slip over to that thread. 1320junkie and helpers are providing links to the timeslips from the fastest list.

Do the cold air inductions systems, such as the Rotofab, require a custom tune? or can you just bolt it right on and go? The reason I ask is my father has an 06 Mustang GT and whenhe installed his C&L intake the car had to be tuned.

In our opinion, yes. could some one who NEVER beats on the car put a CAI on and not retune? yes, but most people who put a CAI on aren't going to baby the car forever. As we have seen on the G8's the intakes are maybe worth 5-10 hp with no tune, the tune alone is worth 15, but together they are usually 30-40 hp
