Not for a long time... I have a fully custom built kit, twin 76's, all handmade... The TTI kit wouldn't hang with our goals... I blew up multiple turbos, and had IATs way beyond what was considered acceptable...

Glad to see someone else running ARH shorties. I debated having my OE manifolds grinded on for a few hrs due to 6 bolt head, having custom built manifolds or ARH shorties.

My concern was durability with the heat cycles on the ARH headers and the connection to the turbine housings and the structural integrity there.

Could probably hit 1000rwhp for glory pulls at around $20k, I would say $35-40k for a reliable do it all the time setup including drivetrain/etc to support it.

Bull, you could always have reinforcements/braces/etc welded to the ARH headers to help support the weight if that is a concern. Just depends on if that is cheaper than a full custom set.

I have a set of stock manifolds all worked over & ceramic coated for 6 bolt heads collecting dust. Changed my mind & went to the ARH shorties at the last minute, glad I did, they look & work awesome!

Do you know the PSI numbers on the turbos?

well if there is a structural issue I will find it soon. I drive my car quite a bit and we have really rough roads. I was thinking about getting some braces put on it to help.

With the extension piece, there would be a lot of leverage on the headers. Although if the turbo/downpipe are well supported it would probably be fine.

I'd see the biggest loadings not from bumps as such, but if the headers were glowing red hot, they could simply move due to the weight/leverage acting on them if the turbo isnt well supported.

But the headers do look good
