I think your best bet is to find some place that can paint them on. It may not be cheap, but it's the best way to go.
A buddy of mine had vinyl stripes on his Camaro. He complained that he thought they looked silly for a long time. He finally said screw it and got them painted on. I don't remember what he paid, but they looked a ton better. If you can find a reliable paint shop, I suggest saving a few bucks up to get it done right. |

I personally want the hockey sticks, but not sold on the hood decal, so I'm looking at the aftermarket sites right now. My dealer was unsure of the process with them coming from Chevy

All dealers that I've encountered don't even have people that do pinstripes, paint or vinyl. Same goes for things like convertible top replacements. In my experience they've always brought in independent sub-contractors for these type of things. Wouldn't they do the same for this?

most dealers do have a body shop with techs that know how to add such things as decals...mine said if teh stripes do not go past the mail slot we will order more vinyl cut and make them.

Dude, this post is from before these cars were even being built! The first 40,000 or so cars did not come with factory installed stripes- I know, when I ordered mine it wasn't a dealer installed option. That came mid year in the run. Your a real zombie killer!
