To answer a few of the questions or comments:

#1 Nope, the cameras didnt show anything,.... wasnt pointed in that direction.

#2 Actually, there was two idiots,.... one parked really, really close to her rear bumper, but made no contact,... So yeah, that's the one she saw. The other idiot was the one who backed into her car. And there wasnt any vehicles near her when she parked.

#3 And a little follow-up,.... I was able to find a witness. They stated they saw a white pickup back into her car and the driver even got out and walked back to look at what he had done and then got back in his truck and drove off. And NO,.... the witness didnt know the idiot and didnt bother to get a tag number.
