I know cuz a friend of mine has a 2012, and wanted to have the Z28 spoiler on his car, so he bought a 14 trunk lid on craigslist, and took it to his friend bodyshop to modify it, to fit it on his 2012's.

I think I read somewhere that ACS or someone had one that worked on the 2010-2013 models... Might be wrong though.

Yes, you are correct, ACS did make a Z28 spoiler for the 2010-2013, but it looks very awful, IMO, on the 2010-2013 because the trunk lid is different, and it is very expensive. Like $500 I believe.
