you can get something called a CDV which is short for Clutch Delay Valve. it smooth everything up.

Mine shifts great. Really no issues at all. Could be that we all have different experiences and expectations. I know I test drove a Honda S2000 and that car was the best shifter I have ever experienced. If you want to get the M6 then you should get the M6 this is not an issue that you should make you change your mind and order the A6.

why do people come on here and say i have no problem with mine and it just might be your not used to it or blah blah blah..if yours isnt doing it then go into another post this is for the people who do notice it and want to talk about it..by the way im at 3333 miles and 2nd gear did smooth out for for me..dont feel it at all with the casual driving..
