Steering wheel audio control diagram

Hello. I searched with no luck...

I'm trying to find a wiring diagram of the connectors/wires that are on the steering wheel only, and connect the controls.

I'm trying to figure out if it would be possible to put the just "search" button on the left hand side where there is an empty slot next to the cruise control.

I *think* that it is a single data wire that controls the buttons but I don't know that for sure.

If my electronic math hasn't failed looks like you just need a 2935 resistor and switch between the pink and light green wires.

That will not work.

You see all the numbers above the switchs, there resisters with a set value, when you push any switch it sends a signal on the pink wire for the switch you pushed, to the BCM and it does all the work.

Ok I was thinking it would have to be 2935 ohms for the source to work since the resistance is in series.

By my calculations, it's 3025 ohms. Yes, it should work if you get the correct value resistor hooked up to a switch.

I got 3025 for the source as well.
