The hood will line up nicely once it is done being adjusted, but I would definitely recommend having a professional install it so it can be tweaked and adjusted right. The guy that is doing the install has been doing this for a long time and knows all the little tricks to get it right. The trunk on the other hand would not line up 100% without modification.. It was not to bad but at the corner of the quarter panel right above the taillights, the trunk is recessed in further that the panel.. It isnt to bad but I came up with an idea to put something in between the trunk and the body to push it out to match up, kind of like a spacer. I havent seen the final fitment but with what we came up with im sure it will look good. When it is finished I will post detailed pics of the fitment as well as the "spacer" setup we used for the trunk.

Yup. Good idea about the spacer. I have the same problem, but it's like 1/4 of an inch in. D69chris has his unpainted, but both corners are about 1/2" in.

that's the one thing with things like this. Carbon fiber won't fit perfectly unless you pay tons of money to have them build it on your car.

I will post up some pics of the setup we used to push it out if you are interested.. I spoke with the guy that did it and he said the right side is now dead on and the left is only about 1/8" off so it should look great.

That's about exactly how mine is, but without the spacer. Each trunk is different and they all will be. Most people won't notice it unless you point it out. I'm awaiting your pics. I bet it'll look awesome!

Well, my friend accidentally deleted the pics of the masked off stripes on the hood ... But here are a couple pics of the CAMARO and stripes masked off on the trunk lid. I also added them to the original post.
