If you can afford it and it is what you want, then just do it. You will take a beating on the trade in for sure.

I added the grill to mine and left the chrome strip off.
The Z/28 grill eliminates the long chrome strip in the middle but if I took the chrome above the headlights off it would leave an empty space and not look good so I left them on. I was thinking of plasti dipping them black to blend it in since I already took all the badges off the car.

Thanks for all the responses! I'll probably hold on to my baby for a while, still making payment on it anyway lol. Luckily I have all the stock parts still. Also I am aware that not tuning my car for my current mods are not doing any good but the dealer still covers it under warranty so I held off on the tune. Still ran a 12.2 at the track though!

Maybe I should wait for the 7th gen

Ok. I was looking at the pic in your sig. that's why I asked if you still had the chrome strip. I pulled mine off, including the two pieces above each headlight.

Less than 10k miles and I could revert it back to stock if it would help my case. Kooks headers and catless 3" exhaust, airlift V2 suspension, z28 grill, oracle side markers, tinted, black powder coated oem wheels and that's about it... Not even tuned so it's still under warranty. Anybody have any idea how much I could get?
Im having the same issue. My local dealership (Antelope Valley Chevrolet) has a metalic blue 2SS thats loaded, and its killin me. I havent drove a 2016 yet because i have on occasion been impulsive so im avoiding it.

Yes it is! I'm sure Florida is a nicer place to own a Camaro though, can't even take my baby out when there's a puddle in front of the garage.
