I'd go turbo over SC though. I also wouldn't limit yourself to only Hellion. You should also consider AGP. The only benefit you get with the Hellion kit over the AGP is the wow factor when you pop your hood. AGP is cheaper, it's easier to install, and gives you more options for upgrading turbo size and manufacturer. (There's nothing wrong with the AGP low mount turbos, many people have put a lot of miles on them without issue.) (This is my opinion. Someone who's having a Hellion kit put on my car as we speak. Don't limit your options.) Quote:

BlazinDorito on here has run 9's with a custom TT setup for 2+ years.
He's changed his entire setup multiple times and is currently shooting for over 2k hp in an M6 so it can be done with a turbo setup. ECS kits seem to do pretty well for the guys on here. I'm trying to get there with a Maggie so it's all a matter of preference. I've not looked at the fast list in a while but that would give you a pretty good indication as to who's been able to get there and what they are running. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Fran@RPM has gone well into 9s on turbo.
Several AGP cars running 9s on turbo setups. Hell there is a local AGP powered Camaro running mid 7s (2nd gen, not a 5th gen for clarity). Any of those will make more than enough to hit 9s with proper suspension. Back to Guiness. currently in Belfast.

I'm the same about the dyno number don't care its track number. You may need to work on your set up. With 770 to the rear you should be well in the 9s. I was trying to get there with 633. I got close a few times in decent air.
