CTS-V/ZL1 ABS questin
I am considering converting to the CTS-V/ZL-1 front brakes with the 2 piece rotors and six pot calipers. Has any one had a problem with the ABS system
after the conversion. I am going to my first HPDE at Gingerman Aug. 4th. Currently have a 2010 2SS with the stock Brembo brakes. I plan on using the OEM pads with this conversion at least in the beginning. |

No issues at all although it's easier to lock them up with aggressive pads if you don't know how to modulate a pedal. You may want brake ducts as you get faster depending on how you brake.

Thanks for the info Synner, I think I am going to look into the cooling after I get some seat time in. I am new to this and will have an instructor with me at Gingerman. Always good to get advice from some one with experience.
