1) Hold down the button to turn off traction control
2) Roll up windows
3) Pull up into the water
4) Blip the tires to get them wet
5) Pull up a few feet
6) Pump the brakes
7) Engage the line lock
8) Drop the hammer
9) Shift to 2nd while the tires are burning up
10) Release line lock button and roll out
11) Turn the nitrous pump on
12) Purge the nitrous
13) Stage
14) Wait for the tree
15) Drop the hammer
16) Hold on and shift twice
17) Pick up white slip (hopefully)

You forgot one between 15 & 16.

Your supposed to spin out at about 100 ft and point the front end at your friends so you can waive at them. Then you can continue on down the track.

Not the fastest way down the track but it does maximize the STYLE points!!!!!!!

You definitely got points for style. If we'd had a GoPro on your car I could've seen myself in the video.

This is true... there was a serious head wind and we were fighting the rain drops all day.

Track was well prep'd all the way down and the DA was +1680

Would like to see it without the wind. What is the average DA for that track ?

That is a very typical DA for around here... usually a little higher like 2000. Earlier in January we saw -4000 when 02Pewtersix took over 1st place on the bolt-on list. That doesn't happen very often.

LOL... we did last year on the way to C5Fest... Firebird Raceway wasn't much better than Tuscon.
