Color changing halos????

I have a 2011 2SS and I REALLY want color changing halos. I want them to be RGB where I can basically do any color I want, but keep it as a stock looking white while driving around. BUT, I really don't want to put my damn headlights in an oven like I'm baking a headlight cake (what kind of frosting would you recommend?). So what I'm looking for is companies who can do it for me, without me having to worry about the headlights breaking or the halos breaking. Is there anyone who can sell me 100% complete and assembled factory headlights with halos? I'm not looking for the halos like on gen5diy that are a full circle. I want them to look just like factory when I have them on the white setting. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks everyone

I got the kit from Gen5DIY. The white is alright though by no means fantastic as a pure white is difficult to get with an RGB LED. T be honest I have tended to stick to other colors with no trouble with LEOs. Here are mine in red:

I believe Night Owl sells a kit with infinite color choices using an app on your phone or a remote controller and does not require baking your headlights. They are alittle pricey but they are good quality.
Been wanting to get some of these for a long time.

That's correct. Night Owl is the way to go and their customer service is out of this world. They are relatively easy to install. I was looking to add RGB LEDs to my engine bay and hex vents, but never really wanted to hassle with the halos. However, my fiancée bought me the entire kit so I decided to install the halos too. Great products and look for sure. Being able to control them with your smart phone is a major bonus. Good luck!

Pretty easy. Time consuming but the instructions were adequate. Essentially you have to remove the headlight assembly and remove the factory LED bulb and install the RGB bulb in its place. That's the hardest part. After that, the connections and wiring is a piece of cake.

NightOwl is the best kit IMO. I haven't had any issues with mine and my headlight halos and DRL halos are on all the time with no problems burning LEDs or anything

Alright great. That's probably the route I'll go. Do I have to cut or splice any wires? Or is it just harnesses

If you have the factory HALO then NightOwl is the best choice

no splicing, if I recall correctly.

Well, I had to splice a wire because I damaged it. doesn't count
