ZL1 Tires Winter Storage

I heard that these "performance summer" tires should NOT be stored in temps below 20 F. Can someone verify this. If true, up north owners will need to: a) heat their winter storage garage, b) bring into the house for the winter or c) pick up another set of wheels/tires.
