Lastly, be prepared to be followed by the police. They followed me all morning on my way to work. One held up traffic to talk to me. Crazy I know.
You are so right my friend. I got 3 speeding tickets and one for reckless driving in 2 months of getting this car. I never had any tickets in my life and i wasnt even going wild with the car. I swear if cops can give you tickets for sitting in the red light with this car, they would.

Good story! I live in Southern CA, so the summer tires work for me year round!! I know it's tuff, but somebody has to live here.

I am sure those run ins witht he cops didn't have anything to do with the fact that you were breaking the law.

hate to rain on your parade but there was a dealer markup, the supplier price will be arround $1000 cheaper than MSRP on that car.

You could have talked him down a few hundo at least, tell them you'll just go order it from someone else and that you don't mind the wait. Then see what other dealers will give you

I can't imagine that it is really that big of a deal for anyone 6' 2" or under that isn't wearing a helmet. :troll:
since someone has resurrected this thread from the dead I will say that I am 6'-0" and I have little headroom. This is with the seats all the way down. The only option I have is to tilt the back of the seat which I don't like.

It's all about your torso length (upper body).

the best thing to do is to sit in one before buying.

do you really need "winter tires" for the rs package?

The RS package comes with high performance summer tires. Those would not work well in the winter. Why not get winter tires for the RS package?
