silver boring?

so since the cut of abm i was debating between black or silver. i live on a gravel road and realised black would never look clean for me. plus stone chips and scratches would show up too fast. so i went with silver. when i told my co worker she said "BORING" and that i should have got black. does anyone else think silver is boring? i know in the camaro brochure the silver one looks amazing.

I'm biased, but I don't see anything 'boring' about silver. And, based on the commercials, I believe Chevrolet finds silver pretty exciting.

Check out the above thread and you tell me....

Imo, silver, grey and black cars are just "meh" and boring especially on sports and muscle cars.

Its not my favorite color either but there's a reason they come in 10 different colors. It seems like every week there's another new thread about Camaro colors. I've said it before- I've never seen a bad looking clean 5th gen Camaro.

Most automakers use silvers and greys because they photograph and film the lines of the car better then other colors. If you pay attention to commercials you will notice that the vast majority of cars shown are silver or grey.

Can't stand any silver car. Too many hondas and toyotas that are silver. They just blend with the sky line. Should have gotten yellow, or white with orange stripes. They both still look good dirty.

yeah i gotta say silver is boring, but its better than black, black only looks good when its new, after a few months you get swirl marks and its always dirty you can't keep it clean. so it ends up looking like shit

Get the IOM interior and that takes the boring right out. Of course black is the way to go.

I do, but I also think it's the best canvas for custom paint details.

I'm partial to black, but I've seen less silver ones on the road and it really all comes down to what color you're happy with. I wouldn't call it boring, but it doesn't stand out as much as some of the other colors.
