Who tunes VVT cams in NC, SC, or GA? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I can't seem to get anyone to tune it that is any good one guy tried and turned my VVT off because he couldn't figure it out and charged me $500 still.... Another took one look asked if it was a single bolt cam then refused to touch it after he found out it was... Who does these things? Just wondering before I send it off to Texas Speed and Performance for a mail tune on the ECU and TCU when I could be getting a good live tune figure since its their VVT4 cam that they'll be the best at it.

Make sure they're ballsy because JHR (wonderful shop I take nothing from them very knowledgeable and has complete authority to decline to do my work of course) wouldn't touch the single bolt cam setup so I've been left out in the cold at this point on options I wanted to go to RPM but they're 4 and a half hours away h

Look into I believe PCM of NC they have a shop in Morrisville, NC. Heard nothing, but good things from those guys.

PCM of NC would be awesome Alvin is the man but..... They won't tune anything that they didn't build anymore...

Gotcha, if you do a google search for tuning shops it will pretty much give you everywhere around here minus the word of mouth only shops.

Still looking? GPI might be able to help out with mail order tune, not sure if you used their cam or not. Heard they are really good at dialing in the VVT cams since they produce them themselves.

Tick Performance in Mt. Airy, NC may be a little far for you but they have a good reputation. I will be using them when I get my headers/exhaust system installed.
